When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The
Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
- Europe: 6 - 8 working days
- USA: 3 - 4 working days
- Australia: 2 - 14 working days
- Japan: 4 - 8 working days
- International: 10 - 20 working days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that handles orders with facilities around the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may be subject to an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is assessed by the local customs office. The customs regulations vary from country to country. Please check directly with your local customs office to see if they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us as follows:
- Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
- Check with your local post office to see if the package is there.
- Check with your neighbours to see if the courier left the parcel with them.
If the delivery address was correct and the parcel was not left with the post office or your neighbour, contact us.
